If any patients suffering from joints pain with or without swellings in the joints (hands, wrist, elbow, shoulder, knee ankle and feet’s) or generalized body ache, fatigue, lethargy should see rheumatologist. Also we can guess if patients is having any of symptoms like skin rash, photosensitivity, fever, recurrent painless oral ulcer, bluish discoloration of hands especially on exposure to cold and winter season, tightening and thickening of skin, dryness of mouth and eye, non healing ulcer, then also he /she should consult a rheumatology.
