Also, the Rescheduling feature is only available on Sundays and Wednesdays (Every week) starting from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM on Norvic’s official website. Step 1

• Go to the Norvic International Hospital Website.

• Choose “Immigration Medical Examination (Australia)”.

First, simply Go to Norvic International Website and click on the Book an Appointment Button, located at the top middle of the page. There you will see three options, simply choose the “Immigration Medical Examination (Australia)” option that sits at the top.

Step 2

• After when the new webpage opens, just scroll down to the bottom of the page.
• Click the ‘Reprint/ Reschedule’ Button located at the bottom right corner.

After when the new webpage opens, all you have to do is to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Reprint/ Reschedule Button. The button resides at the bottom right corner of the page.

Step 3

• Enter your Mobile Number.
• Click on the “Generate 6 Digit Code” Button.
• Insert the 6 Digit Code you received via SMS.
• Click on Submit.
• Press the Reschedule button.

Here, enter your Mobile Number and click on the Generate 6 Digit Code button. Thereafter, you will receive a 6 Digit Code via SMS which you will have to insert in the Enter 6 Digit Code (OTP) box. Now all you have to do is click the Submit button and your appointment information will be shown. Information like Appointment Code and Appointment Date will be shown along with the Print and Reschedule option. Choose the Reschedule option.

Step 4

• Click on Choose New Date option. (Calendar Icon)
• Choose today’s Option.
• Set ‘Available Time’.
• Check the ‘I Accept box and click on ‘Save’.

Now, click on the Choose New Date option (Calendar Icon) and then press on the Today option placed with the calendar and Present Date. After you find your new appointment date and time, just check the ‘I Accept box and click on ‘Save’.

Step 5

• Press the Print button to save your New Appointment as a PDF.

This is the last thing you will have to do. All you have to do is just press the Print button to save your New Appointment as a PDF. Also, you can print it for future use. Nevertheless, you will also receive an SMS on your number regarding your New Rescheduled Appointment information.

Things to remember during Immigration Medical Examination For Australia Visa Screening

During the Medical Australia Visa Screening, there are a few things you will need to remember during the process. First of all, if you have ever gotten a COVID-19 Vaccine then you should bring the Vaccination Card/ QR Code Certificate issued by the Ministry of Health and Population.

Also, if you’re female, please avoid booking an appointment during Menstrual Period from Day 1 to Day 6 as it can highly affect the results of your Urine Test.

The Immigration Medical Examination of Australia Visa Screening is done in the Norvic International Center For Health Evaluation (NICHE) section which is located 150 meters ahead of Norvic International Hospital’s main building. NICHE’s premises are shared with Midas Spa & Salon and Norvic Cosmetic and Dermatology Center. However, you can park your vehicles on Norvic International Hospitals parking premises.

NICHE opens from 9:30 AM morning to 3:00 PM for new clients whereas 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM is for follow-ups only. Likewise, For medical examinations, you do not have to attend on an empty stomach. Similarly, there are a few things that you will have to bring along with you during your Medical Examination. The things are as follows:

• Covid vaccination card/certificate.
• E-medical generated referral letter which has your HAP ID.
• Appointment slip.
• Original Passport (Compulsory) and declaration form if available.
• Spectacle/ Contact lenses if you wear one.
• List of current medications / medical records of major op[erations or illness. Previous Chest X-ray if you have any past history of chest problems.
• Photos and copies of passports are NOT required.
• Please bring a shawl along with you. (Only for female candidates)
