In- hospital Café
The Good Food Café is located on the ground floor next to the entrance of the hospital opens 24 hours a day serves quick snacks, a complete meal or light refreshments for family and visitors. The wide choice of menu includes salads, cakes, sandwiches, hot & cold beverages, Ice cream etc.
Our In-house café also provides healthy & nutritious meals for our patients as advised by our dietician and doctors as per the special dietary needs of the patient.

Valet Parking is available to family members and visitors of patients at Norvic International Hospital. Parking area is located in the hospital premises and offers 24 hour parking facility for two wheelers and four wheelers. The parking area is managed by parking attendants for the convenience. The Capacity holds more than 200 bikes and 40 cars with proper entry and exit points.
Norvic International Hospital 24 hour pharmacy is well equipped and offers prescription medications and vaccines. The pharmacy is located on the ground floor near emergency and caters to the requirements of both inpatients and outpatients.
Keeping in mind the religious sentiments of our patients (also a part of a holistic care). We have a temple area in the hospital open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
There are other religion prayer areas nearby hospital. Our hospital staff would be happy to guide you to these prayer areas as and when needed.
Hospital bed which has been assigned with an extension number can be used by the outside callers to contact the patient directly after dialing the main hospital number. Local dialing facility can also be availed as per policy of the hospital.
Wi-Fi Services (Internet Access)
Wireless Internet access is available for the attendant in the patient’s room.
Safe potable water is kept at every patient’s bedside. The nurse stations should be informed for refills.
The housekeeping department is responsible for the cleanliness in the room. Cleaning is carried out in the morning as well as at regular intervals. Patient’s / Attendanats co-operation is requested to ensure that the room is cleaned properly.
The information desk (Help Desk) is located on the ground floor will be happy to assist with travel related queries and any other information
Lost and Found:
All lost and found articles are handled by the administration department. The department will contact the patient/relative in case ownership is traceable and will hand over the same. Please contact administration department for any query.
Any lost and found items will be retained for three month only.
Unclaimed Baggage / Articles:
The patient is requested not to leave any baggage or belongings unattended at any point of time. In case any unattended baggage or suspicious looking material is spotted or found, it is expected to be brought to the notice of hospital staff.
